Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of GoBloom at gobloom.build. Using the service means accepting them. They are short on purpose.

What GoBloom does

Businesses publish a creator program: what the product is, what a video should show, how much a thousand verified views is worth, and what the monthly ceiling is. Creators make short videos, post them on their own social accounts, and submit the link with proof of views. Approved submissions earn the stated rate up to the stated caps. Account holders can also connect a social account they own so GoBloom can publish their own videos to it on their instruction.

Accounts

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Rules for creators

• Post your own work. Do not reuse someone else's video, voice or likeness without their permission.
• Submit real view counts from the platform itself. Bought views, bot traffic and edited screenshots void the submission and the account.
• Follow the rules of the platform you post on, and disclose paid promotion where that platform or local law requires it.
• Do not claim things about a product that the business did not say. If a script is provided, do not add promises to it.
• Keep videos lawful and free of hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, and anything illegal where you live.

Rules for businesses

• Only run programs for products you are entitled to promote, and keep your program brief truthful.
• Rates and caps you publish are an offer creators rely on. Lower them going forward if you must, but honour what was already earned.
• Review submissions in reasonable time. Rejecting a submission needs a reason.

Payouts

Earnings are calculated as the published rate for each thousand verified views, limited by the per-video, per-creator and per-month caps shown on the program page. A submission has to clear the program's minimum view threshold and a review before it counts. Payouts are made in Turkish lira once the balance passes the payout threshold, to the details you provide. Taxes on what you earn are yours to handle.

Publishing to your own accounts

When you connect a social account, you confirm that it is yours or that you are authorised to act for it. GoBloom publishes only what you select and only when you act in the interface; we do not post on our own initiative. Each platform's own terms still apply to everything published through it, and a platform may refuse or remove a post for its own reasons. Access can be revoked by you at any time, in GoBloom or in the platform's settings.

Content and ownership

Creators keep ownership of their videos. Submitting a video to a program grants the business and GoBloom permission to view it, count it, and reference it for the purpose of running and reporting on the program. Anything you upload as proof stays private to the review process.

Suspension

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fakes numbers, harms another user, or puts the service at legal risk. Where it is fair to do so, we say what happened first. Earned and verified balances are paid out even when an account closes, unless they came from fraud.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular view counts, particular sales, or that a platform will keep any given post online. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts paid or owed through GoBloom in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we update the date above and tell account holders by email. Questions, disputes and deletion requests go to hello@myrachat.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
