Privacy Policy

GoBloom is a creator marketing platform. Businesses launch creator programs, creators post short videos and are paid per verified view, and signups are attributed back to the video that produced them. This page says what we hold, why, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

GoBloom is operated by the team behind Myra (myrachat.com). Write to hello@myrachat.com for anything on this page, including deletion requests. We answer from the same address.

What we collect

• Businesses: the email you sign in with, your brand name, website address, program settings and the payout figures you set.
• Creators: the email or social login you sign in with, your handle on the platform you post to, the links to videos you submit, the view-count screenshots you upload as proof, and the payout details you give us so we can pay you.
• Visitors: ordinary server logs (address, page, time, browser) and, where a program uses one, the referral code that ties a signup to a video.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Connected social accounts

You can connect a social account you own so that GoBloom can publish your own videos to it and report back how they did. Today this is TikTok, through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API.

• What we receive: your TikTok open id and basic profile fields (display name, username, avatar), and access tokens that let us act only within the permissions you approved on TikTok's consent screen.
• What we do with it: upload the video files you chose in GoBloom, publish them with the caption, privacy setting and AI-content label you selected, and read back the publishing status and basic statistics of those posts.
• What we never touch: your messages, your followers' data, other people's videos, and anything outside the permissions you granted. We never post without an explicit action taken in GoBloom.
• Tokens: stored on our own servers, used only for the calls above, never shared with anyone else and never sold. They expire on TikTok's schedule and we refresh them only while the connection is active.
• Disconnecting: remove the account inside GoBloom, or revoke our app in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions. Either way we stop having access, and we delete the stored tokens.

Why we hold it

To run the service you asked for: to show a program page, to check a submitted video belongs to the program, to calculate what a creator earned, to pay it, to publish a post you asked us to publish, and to keep records we are required to keep for accounting.

Who else sees it

Only the parties needed to make the above work: the social platform you connected, our email sending provider for the messages we send you, and our hosting provider. Businesses see the videos and view counts submitted to their own program, never a creator's contact or payout details unless the creator shares them. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Account and submission records stay while your account exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Access tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect an account. Server logs are kept for a short operational window and then discarded. Ask us to delete your account and we remove everything we are not legally obliged to keep.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@myrachat.com. You can disconnect a social account at any time without losing your GoBloom account.

Security and age

Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service, and connections to the site run over HTTPS. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice. GoBloom is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and, for anything material, tell account holders by email.
